GMP Ampoule Compact Line for Cleaning, Sterilizing, Drying, Filling and Sealing

This line is composed of vertical washing machine, sterilizing & drying tunnel, filling & sealing machine. It is divided into three zones of washing, drying & sterilizing, filling & sealing. Each machine can function independently, or be connected as a compact line. It could finish processing procedures such as: Water sprinkling, ultrasonic washing, ampoules infeed by screw conveyer, Turn ampoules by manipulator, water flushing(interior and exterior), air flushing(interior and exterior), preheating, drying & sterilizing, cooling, (front gas charging), filling, (rear gas charging), preheating, sealing, and etc. It is mainly used for production of ampoule in pharmaceutical factories. The improved type is suitable for not only ampoules but also vials production.
