GMP Filling & Sealing Machine

It is mainly used for filling and sealing of ampoule or vial in pharmaceutical factories.
1)This machine adopts many stations step conveyer system and balcony type structure. It adopts uniform speed starwheel to input bottles, rotary stoppering structure.
2)Walking beam is three section type, which has short pitch, better rigidity. It moves more stably, improves running stationarity and product qualification rate.
3)It adopts appearance patent technology. There is no joint on table board, and no sanitary blind angle to connection of machine part.
4)It can equip with glass pump, metal pump, peristaltic pump or ceramic pump as customer's request. Control method can adopt mechanic control or servo control. Piston pump adopts new type bidirectional, quick installing patent technology.
